Worked at Restaurant Yonemura for 10 years,
then trained for 5 years at Ristorante Il Ghiottone.
Opened måne in Matsuiyamate, Kyotanabe City in April 2016.
Relocated to Nijo Gokomachi, Kyoto in April 2024.
